Nobia – sometimes confused with Nobilia – is a large Swedish corporation which owns some twenty kitchen brands across Europe. It owns Magnet (which supplies Homebase with Hygena and Schreiber kitchens) and Gower (which supplies Wickes, Benchmarx, and Travis Perkins) in the UK, Hygena in Europe (but not in the UK, where the name belongs to Argos), and several brands seen in the UK in independent showrooms, including EWE, Intuo, Poggenpohl, and Rixonway.

Wikipedia still lists Pronorm as a Nobia brand, but Pronorm was sold to Dutch group DMG in 2010. At the time, Nobia announced that it would be consolidating its remaining brands so that they would share more carcases and fascias in common – the same products, sold under different names.
