As with shops – where we’ve included trade outlets -, we’ve included packagers with manufacturers. Some are hard to separate – Howdens, for instance, makes carcases and some doors, but buys in other doors -, while some include both under a larger corporate umbrella – like Nobia, which owns a host of manufacturers and of packagers, in a number of countries.

Many small manufacturers state that they make all their kitchens, while, in reality, buying doors from other manufacturers.

We’ll try to make it clear what the situation is with each, as we discuss it.
